Q: What are your operating hours?

A: YZ Wash and Dry is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience!

Q: Is there customer support available?

A: Yes! We offer 24-hour support. For the quickest response, we prefer you WhatsApp our hotline at 012-3149943, and we will get back to you ASAP. Nevertheless, in cases of emergency, please feel free to give us a call.

Q: Is your laundrette self-service?

A: Yes, YZ Wash and Dry is a self-service laundrette designed for easy use!

2. Using Our Machines

Q: How do I use your washing machines?

A: It's super simple!

  1. Load your clothes into the washer.
  2. Select your desired temperature (Cold, Warm, or Hot).
  3. Insert a token or scan the QR code for payment.
  4. Press START!

Q: How do I use your dryers?

A: Drying is just as easy!

  1. Load your clothes into the dryer.
  2. Select your desired temperature.
  3. Insert a token or scan the QR code for payment.
  4. Press START!

Q: Do I need to bring my own detergent and softener?

A: Nope! We provide FREE detergent and softener with every wash, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.

3. Pricing & Payment

Q: How can I pay for my laundry?

A: We offer two convenient payment options:

  • QR Code Payment: Simply scan the QR code displayed on the machine.
  • Cash Payment: We have a token dispensing machine on-site that accepts cash. You can exchange your cash for tokens to use our machines.

Q: What are your washing machine prices?

A: Our prices vary by machine size and temperature:

  • 15 KG Washer: Cold RM6.00, Warm RM7.00, Hot RM8.00
  • 20 KG Washer: Cold RM8.00, Warm RM9.00, Hot RM10.00

Q: What are your dryer prices?

A: Our dryer prices are:

  • 15 KG Dryer: RM5.00
  • 20 KG Dryer: RM7.00

Q: Can I add more drying time?

A: Yes! Additional drying time is available for RM1.00 for both 15 KG and 20 KG dryers.

4. What You Can & Can't Wash

Q: What items are allowed in your washers and dryers?

A: You can wash and dry a wide range of items, including: Curtains, Fluffy Toys, Towels, Blankets & Bedding, Pillows & Cushions, and Comforters/Quilts.

Q: Are there any items I should NOT put in the machines?

A: Yes, for safety and proper machine function, please DO NOT wash or dry:

  • Floor Mats
  • Shoes
  • Pet Clothes
  • Mops
  • Flammable Objects
  • Restaurant Table Cloths

5. Safety & Rules

Q: Is the premise safe and secure?

A: Absolutely! Our premise is equipped with CCTV surveillance for your safety and peace of mind.

Q: What are the important rules to follow?

A: To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please:

  • NO SMOKING
  • NO EATING
  • NO PETS ALLOWED
  • Keep the area clean after use.
  • Please retrieve your clothes on time once the cycle is complete.
  • Always remember to thoroughly check the machines for all your belongings before leaving.

Q: Is YZ Wash and Dry responsible for lost or damaged items?

A: While we strive to provide a safe environment, please note that you use our facilities at your own risk. YZ Wash and Dry Laundry will NOT be responsible for any damage or loss while using our machines or within the premise. Please take care of your personal belongings.

6. Troubleshooting & Assistance

Q: What should I do if the machine doesn't start after I've paid?

A: Ensure the door is fully closed and press the start button firmly again. If it still doesn't work, please call or WhatsApp our hotline.

Q: What if the washing machine door won't open after the cycle is finished?

A: Wait a few minutes as some machines have a delay. Check if the cycle light is off. If it remains stuck, please do not force it and call or WhatsApp our hotline.

Q: My clothes are still very wet after the dryer cycle. What should I do?

A: Ensure you haven't overloaded the dryer. You may need to select a hotter or longer cycle, or add more drying time for bulky items. If you believe the machine is malfunctioning, please call or WhatsApp our hotline.

Q: What if the token dispensing machine doesn't dispense tokens or takes my cash without giving tokens?

A: Please call or WhatsApp our 24-hour hotline at 012-3149943 immediately and provide details of the issue and the amount inserted. Do not attempt to force the machine.

Q: My QR code payment didn't go through, but my money was deducted. What should I do?

A: Please contact or WhatsApp our 24-hour hotline at 012-3149943 immediately with your transaction details (time, amount, and the machine number if possible).

Q: I accidentally left something in the machine/laundrette. What should I do?

A: As our premises are not manned, please call or WhatsApp our hotline at 012-3149943 as soon as possible. While we are unable to actively locate items, we can assist you by reviewing CCTV recordings to help you determine your next course of action.
